Climate adaptation infrastructure
Financing the work that prepares Southeast Asia for climate impacts already locked in — coastal protection, water security, urban heat management, agricultural resilience.
CCX Partners isn't only an advisor. Through our Social Impact Fund, we invest our own balance sheet into Southeast Asian founders solving problems that matter — and we work alongside them to make sure the capital lands well.
The fund makes early-stage cheques into Vietnamese and Southeast Asian ventures across the impact themes we know best: climate adaptation, healthcare access, sustainable supply chains, and the financial infrastructure that lets the first three scale.
We're cheque-flexible from pre-seed to Series A. Typical first cheques range VND 5–25 billion (USD 200k–1M). We co-invest happily and lead in small syndicates of three to five aligned investors.
What we bring beyond capital: network access to the corporates and family offices on our advisory book, operational support on go-to-market and supply chain, and structuring help when the next round comes.
Germany faces a structural nursing shortage — by 2025, the country estimated a gap of over 150,000 care workers across hospitals, nursing homes, and ambulatory care. Vietnam has roughly 200,000 nurses and a young, ambitious workforce eager for international opportunities. The migration corridor exists. Specialised agencies move dozens of nurses every quarter.
The retention rate, however, is dismal. Industry data and pilot studies suggest that up to 70% of nurses placed via traditional agencies leave within their first 18 months in Germany — mostly not because of clinical or language inadequacy, but because of cultural shock, isolation, financial pressure, and the homesickness that peaks around month three. None of the major placement agencies measure or address this layer. They get paid on placement, not on retention.
CCS is the first integrated training-to-retention platform purpose-built for the SEA–DACH healthcare-workforce corridor — connecting Vietnam's nursing pipeline directly to Germany's structural care deficit.
If you're a German hospital HR leader, a Vietnamese nursing school principal, or an LP interested in the SEA–DACH healthcare-workforce corridor — CCX is the door to reach CCS.

Climate-adaptive farm management, soil-health monitoring, supply-chain traceability tools with the EUDR / CBAM tailwinds. Embedded fintech as the wedge, not the goal.
The migrant healthcare-worker corridor (where CCS sits), tier-2/3 hospital infrastructure, and embedded health financing for underbanked populations.
Traceability, deforestation-free certification, and compliance infrastructure for export-facing Southeast Asian manufacturers — particularly textiles, food, and natural-rubber.
Across supply-chain and manufacturing categories where gender-lens investing is structurally underweight. Cheque preference: founders building B2B infrastructure, not consumer.
Local-currency SME financing, embedded finance for underbanked populations, and blended-finance structuring rails that channel concessional capital efficiently.
We don't lead every round. We don't write press releases about every cheque. But when we're in, we're in deep — patient capital, real network value, and the same advisory bench our paid clients get. Tell us what you're building.
