Services

Three modes. One direction.

We work the impact corridor between Southeast Asian companies and aligned global capital — as advisor, as deal-maker, and as investor. Pick the mode that fits your situation.

01 · Capital

Impact capital raising

We help impact-driven Southeast Asian businesses raise the right capital from the right partners — strategics, family offices, blended-finance vehicles, and dedicated impact funds.

Our advantage is the corridor. Most capital advisors are deep on a single geography or sector. We sit at the junction between Asia and global pools of impact capital — and we have direct relationships on both sides.

What we typically do

  • Capital strategy. Defining the right capital stack — equity, mezzanine, blended finance, grant capital — for the impact thesis and growth stage.
  • Investor mapping. Identifying the 30–50 most relevant funds, family offices, and strategics globally, ranked by thesis fit, ticket size, and ASEAN track record.
  • Story development. Building the narrative, financial model, impact thesis, and IRIS+ aligned KPI framework that survives institutional due diligence.
  • Process management. Running the raise — investor outreach, NDAs, data room, management presentations, term sheet negotiation, definitive docs.
  • Ongoing investor relations. Post-close, we help structure the impact reporting cadence that keeps capital partners engaged for follow-on rounds.

Where this works best

Series B onwards growth-stage businesses raising $5M–$50M, or family-owned mid-caps preparing for first institutional capital. Sectors where we have the deepest network: climate adaptation, agritech, healthcare access, sustainable manufacturing, fintech for financial inclusion.

02 · Strategy

Impact strategy

For companies whose growth has to leave a positive trace — we design and implement market entry, internationalisation, supply-chain transformation, and ESG strategy.

This is the work our existing track record is built on. EV market entry into Vietnam. Healthcare manufacturing expansion. OTT regulation navigation. Korean biotech investment thesis. The common thread is execution discipline against an explicit impact goal — not just commercial returns.

What we typically do

  • Full-cycle market entry. Feasibility, regulatory & compliance, local partner & site search, supply-chain optimisation, market intelligence, and localisation execution.
  • Internationalisation. Helping Asian companies access global markets — territory selection, cross-border trade advisory, post-entry growth.
  • ESG consulting. Sustainability maturity assessment, reporting and data collection, materiality assessment, ASEAN Taxonomy alignment, and corporate sustainability report production.
  • Supply-chain transformation. Diversification and resilience programs for companies repositioning around the China+1 / Vietnam+1 reality.
  • Digital transformation. Integrating technology where it actually moves the impact metric — not for its own sake.

Where this works best

Mid-cap to large enterprises (≥US$50M revenue), funds investing into the region needing operational support post-close, and family-owned Asian businesses preparing for global expansion.

03 · Ventures

Impact ventures

We invest. Our own balance sheet, early-stage, Southeast Asia. Founders building in climate, healthcare, food systems, sustainable manufacturing, and the financial infrastructure that funds all of the above.

We're stage-flexible from pre-seed to Series A, with typical first cheques between $100K and $1M. We co-invest happily and often lead in syndicates of three to five aligned investors.

What we look for

  • Founder–market fit. Operators who have lived the problem they're now solving.
  • Wedge-and-grow. A clear initial wedge into a real customer's budget — not "we'll figure out monetisation later."
  • Measurable impact thesis. Outcomes you can count: hectares of soil restored, tonnes of CO₂ avoided, smallholder farmers reached, patients served, kilowatts of clean power deployed.
  • SEA-first defensibility. Local context — regulation, language, distribution, cultural fluency — that protects you from copy-and-paste global incumbents.

What we bring beyond capital

Network access into the corporates and family offices in our advisory book. Operational support on go-to-market and supply chain via our consulting team. Help structuring follow-on rounds when the time comes.

Active themes for 2026: climate adaptation infrastructure · agritech for smallholder productivity · women-led businesses in supply-chain & manufacturing · healthcare access for tier-2/3 cities · financial inclusion through embedded finance.
